Affirmation: My heroic heart yearns for freedom, truth, and love beyond all else. I trust that any loss I experience is to benefit my highest good, and I surrender all pain and fear that may arise.

Affirmation: I overcome the ways in which I delude, deny, and diminish myself, where I am complicit in deceptions that can only birth sorrow. Through the universe’s fierce devotion to my heart’s liberation, I shall overcome even the deepest wounds within myself. I cross the threshold from fear to trust and blissful peace. I successfully navigate and triumph over all soul challenges.

Affirmation: I open to the bliss of rebirth. I receive the gift of regenerative blessing to rise again in a new form, cleaned from the poisons of the past and with full presence and peace.

Affirmation: I receive what is needed to truly heal and outgrow suffering. I open myself to receive guidance and revelation, and I give myself time and patience to integrate, regroup, and adjust my course. I trust in the greater guiding wisdom of my heart and intuition.

Affirmation: I rest and gather energy for what is to come for my benefit. In my heart, I feel the necessary fire, desire, and capacity for enlightened activity. Through my intuition, I receive clarity and peace, and I trust my inner guiding sense of what next to do or not do, knowing that a better order is being established.
